Less than 10% of Americans have had something custom framed.  Why do so few people take advantage of having their valuables framed so the pieces can be enjoyed for all to see? Aesthetics aside, most importantly your treasure can be framed to make it last forever. So what stops people from having it done?

It’s sooo expensive!

The big box stores have convinced the public that framing cannot be done without 50% off coupons. They have inflated their prices so they can offer staggering discounts, fooling people into thinking that framing costs way more than it really does. If they are making profit while offering those ridiculous discounts, what does that say about their regular prices? At Frameworks we offer fair pricing from the start. No gimmicks, no misleading discounts. Just great service and great quality!

Art is intimidating!

At Frameworks we make choosing mats and frames for your design easy and enjoyable. All we ask is for your input as to what you like or don’t like. No pressure. No worries. We encourage you to ask questions!  We relish the opportunity to educate our customers. An educated customer knows the meaning of value.

It takes too long!

We can finish most pieces in a week to ten days. Some projects may require more time but we will tell you that when you place your order. We can usually accommodate rush orders, but please let us know at the start that you need it for a specific time! At Frameworks we do all custom framing in house. We order on Mondays and get most materials the next day, then work on projects in the order they came in.

How do we know we can trust you? 

It is completely natural to feel unease the first time you entrust a framer to handle your treasure.  Make some phone calls. Even better, go see some shops. Better yet, come to Frameworks! Look at the examples on the walls.  Is there a variety of models to look at? Are they unique? Have conservation materials been used?  Is the staff friendly and helpful, or do they make you feel like browsing is not allowed? Get a feel for who will be handling your project.
